It’s what you do, day in and day out for the rest of your life that is going to have the biggest impacts on your gut microbiota long term.
💊No that cupboard of supplements you take occasionally is not the answer.
🧪Nor is a fancy test.
🥗Nor is an extreme or restrictive diet.
So – take this list, and each and every day ask yourself – did I do these 4 things? What needs the most improvement that you can focus on first?
